After giving these beauties a whirl I can now see what all the fuss is about when it comes to Becca highlighters, as their bloody fantastic and stunning! Gold Pop (formerly Prosecco Pop): True, ethereal gold, that flatters medium to deep skin tones; perfect for anyone who wants a flash of golden radiance. I wasn't sure which shade to choose, but decided that Moonstone was the most obvious choice for my fair skin tone and I was right. It was also part of the original lineup of liquid Shimmering Skin Perfectors and I think its truly one of the most uniquely flattering shades of highlighter I’ve come across. Like in the Too Faced Christmas sets their products were a little too travel sized, if you get what I mean.

It's in fact a lot darker than all the other shades and has a lot deeper golden sheen with slight orange base. I would recommend to someone looking for that noticeable highlight look, if you're looking for the natural/glow from within I would have to go to a different product.

I have tried applying this highlighter with a few different brushes and I find I am best off using a very soft fluffy brush rather than my normal denser brush, as if it applied to heavily it can look a little shiny. Dreamsicle is the newest, it’s a soft tangerine + gold swirl, on me this looks very orange on the cheeks, it looks amazing on the eyes thought! I’ve had my Mary Lou for about 2 years now and although I can just about make out the indentation on the bottom of the pan, I still have a lot of product left, which is impressive considering I used it consistently for those two years. I have moonstone in a single, opal in a mini and champagne and prosecco pop in the Jaclyn Hill x Becca face palette.I’d love to try Opal, as I feel it would be a more frosty shade, but it’s an investment I shan’t be making for a while at least!

When the light hits your eyes, you will see a beautiful sheen just giving the perfect hint of color and playfulness on your eyes.Mask-like effects are banished through the use of multi-toned ingredients which work to boost the natural features of the face. It's sheerer than for example theBalm Mary-Lou Manizer, but that doesn't mean that it's not pigmented.
